Rob Priest (now a head honcho at ...F = (W/Lm) x RT<br /><br />Rob Priest (now a head honcho at Sram somewhere in Europe) held that the important factor was having 'long muscles' (Lm, where F - fitness, W - weight and RT - riding time).
